Legacy eSports are flying to one of the biggest gaming conventions on the planet to represent Oceania at the International Wildcard Tournament in Cologne, Germany. The winter champs are seeking to beat out the contenders from Turkey and Russia to punch their ticket to the World Championships.

Relive the journey to Wildcard as Carbon chats about what the come-from-behind win over Team Immunity meant to the boys.

Carbon

@OCECarbon
Jungle

The 22-year old from Melbourne, Victoria, has been playing League of Legends for 3 years. He shot to fame in the Winter Regionals with his aggressive play style and commanding shot-calling. Look for Carbon to give the enemy jungler a hard time and to be the one rallying the troops if Legacy falls behind.

OCE Regional Winter Final picks:

Chuchuz

@ChuChuzs
Mid Lane

ChuChu 'with a Z on the end because it's cooler' is the baby of the team at just 17 years of age from Sydney, NSW. Don't let that fool you though, the mid-lane maverick came into the Winter Regionals with a chip on his shoulder and beat out some of Oceania's best to get here. Look for him to try and make a statement by taking over matches at Gamescom.

OCE Regional Winter Final picks:

Minkywhale

@MinkywhaleLoL
Top Lane

The smiling assassin from Sydney, NSW, is out to prove something about top laners from Oceania. At just 22-years of age he has filled in for almost every big-name team at some point but he's now made Legacy his home. Minky’s veteran presence may make all the difference in Germany.

OCE Regional Winter Final picks:

Cardrid

@OCECardrid
AD Carry

While Cardrid is technically the same age as ChuChuz, he plays like there is ice running through his veins. Known for hardly ever getting rattled, the 17-year-old from Melbourne, Victoria, doesn't care how famous his opposition is and he will always leave it all on the Rift.

OCE Regional Winter Final picks:

Egym

@egymlol
Support

The fire to Cardrid's ice is a major ingredient to Legacy's success. EGYM's ferocity ensures the bot-lane packs a lot of bite and he works so well with his ADC that they are very hard to gank. Watch for the 20-year-old support guru from Canberra to make aggressive plays with Cardrid backing him up no matter what.
