The 2016 OPL season is coming!

There are just two weeks to go until the Oceanic Pro League starts again! A few changes are cresting the horizon, aimed at making the OPL more competitive and engaging.

Most notably, the OPL is shifting to a new best-of-three format. To accommodate the move to Bo3, the league will be broadcast three nights per week for a total of ten weeks. The Oceanic Challenger Series is also going through a makeover, becoming a seven-week league rather than a tournament.

Here's a round-up of what the 2016 Season will look like in Oceania:

Why is the OPL moving to best-of-three?
We believe the best-of-three format provides the best experience for Oceanic viewers and players alike, and it’s the right time for us to make this change.
How can I get tickets to the live final in Brisbane?
We'll make an announcement later in the year about when tickets go on sale, so you'll have plenty of time to plan for it.
Will I be able to watch the final at HOYTS again?
Yes, there will be viewing parties at HOYTS again this year.
